Red velvet cupcakes

So well it's a special day today, not only is it mine and my boyfriends 3 year anniversary but it's also my blogs 1st birthday!

So as a special treat and a romantic gesture for Glen I made some red velvet cupcakes to celebrate. I'm a terrible baker and normally everything I bake comes out black and not so edible but this recipe is so easy even i can successfully make them! These cupcakes are perfect for valentine's day and i can't wait to make more of them and give them out to my loved ones.
