I wish i didn't have to be a grown up with grown up responsibility's!
I wish the sky wasn't grey and miserable - honestly I'm sure i would be a lot more motivated to get out of bed if it was sunny out there!
Ever just have ones of those days?
this video i found here is getting me out of bed and making me excited about my trip to Paris.

Isn't Paris just captivating.

Glen and I are off to Paris in 3 weeks. We're going to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and valentines day, and i couldn't be more excited.
We last went to Paris in 2008, for my birthday. We had a wonderful time, eating cheese, drinking red wine and walked around until we couldn't feel our feet anymore.
We used the metro, which is a much better experience than using the underground in London - however we did get lost a lot! One night at 3 am in the middle of no - where out side of Paris. Lets not talk about it, I'm still a little scared just thinking back to it.
But we had an amazing time and i can not tell you enough how giddy i feel about going back. Any excuse to drink coffee, eat cheese and as many macaroons as i want!
I've been reading David Lebovitz's blog and he has so many great recommendations, I'm going to try to drag glen along to all of them. And if you haven't heard of him then be sure to check him out here.
And if anyone else has any recommendations too then please let me know. I'd love to hear where your favourite place in Paris is.

Here are some photo's from this month so far. Today must be the most miserable day in London. It's pouring down with rain and it's hard to walk along the street without getting hit by an umbrella!
1) cappuccino cupcakes (a nigella recipe) I made for my friends leaving get together
2) a business card i just feel in love with and had to capture at dinner
3) early morning pink sky
4) what my desk currently looks like
